Our Team

Kathryn Tweedie

I practice exclusively in the area of family law, providing clients with exceptional legal representation as well as compassionate guidance and support.

As a Lawyer, Mediator and Registered Collaborative Professional, I work with my clients to find viable solutions to their family law issues in a timely and cost-effective manner. I provide sound, practical advice to help my clients make informed decisions regarding their family matters and planning for the future. I provide guidance in navigating resolution processes to help my clients achieve what is important to them. These resolution processes include collaborative law, negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation when necessary.

Having practiced family law since 2005, I have extensive experience in resolving parenting, support and property division issues associated with relationship breakdown, separation and divorce, as well as in negotiating and preparing pre-nuptial, marriage and cohabitation agreements.  I am committed to professional development and regularly attend conferences, seminars and workshops.
