I advise clients on a broad range of Canadian corporate and tax planning matters. My approach is collaborative, client-focused and practical and I frequently work in tandem with clients’ existing advisors.

The tax planning and tax-driven commercial transaction files I am retained on include:

  • domestic corporate reorganizations and restructuring;
  • succession and business exit strategies for private business;
  • the formation of business structures (incorporations, trusts, partnerships); and,
  • purchases and sales of businesses;

I have specialized experience working with high net worth business owners and families establishing cross-generational estate and governance plans for business and wealth preservation.
